To New Members: Our Privacy Commitment to You

International Harvester Collectors Club, Chapter 20 values you as a member and we are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We would like to explain how we treat personal information you provide to us.

We collect, use and disclose your personal information in order to maintain your membership with the Chapter, with National, and for purposes consistent with the aims of the Club. In order to do this, we collect, use and disclose your personal information to:

To communicate with National to maintain your membership therein and to allow National to communicate with you;
To promote the goals and purposes of the Club;
To communicate with members and to allow members to communicate between themselves;
To organize and promote local shows featuring IHC; and
Act as required or authorized by law.

We collect personal information that is necessary to consider your application and to provide you with membership in the Club. All personal information is safeguarded with appropriate security measures.

We assume that you have provided implied consent to use your personal information for the above-stated purposes. You may withdraw your consent subject to legal or contractual obligations and on reasonable notice. Withdrawal of consent may prevent us from providing you with membership in the International Harvester Collectors Club. If you choose to withdraw your consent, please contact the Privacy Office, who will provide you with the appropriate form.
